As a Full-time Maori artist I found it difficult to find a local printer that could reproduce my artwork and offer high quality prints at affordable prices - my options were limited and I soon realised I wasn't the only one.

Toi Print studio was created to allow myself the freedom to create art that I can reproduce and print at the highest quality. I then setup an online gallery called TeMara Collective that displays my own artwork and other artists who use our studio to reproduce their art. We promote their products, print and distribute their artwork and return the remaining portion to the artist... without taking any commission.

It's was a win for both the studio, and local artist's looking for a local service.

Because of the recent shift in how we operate, and our expansion into being an online business, we now have customers worldwide.

FINDING THE STUDIO

Toi Print Studio is located down Hamilton East's "Lovegrove Lane", a creative small business area located off Grey Street. When you see the Lovegrove Mural, the studio will be on  your right. Parking is available in parks "Toru & Wha" and entry is up the stairs on the left.
